Our Master Black Belt (MBB) can train your staff in the Lean Six Sigma belt system: white, yellow, green, black and blue (champion) belt. If you are not planning on a full deployment, we can customize training to your situation or specific topics. Example, we can provide training on Standard Work and Leader Standard Work.

We will coach your staff in continuous improvement disciplines from the frontline to the C-suite. Coaching will be tailored to your deployment plan.

Our MBB can lead your cross-functional, complex projects utilizing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach to get to root cause and then implement a comprehensive solution and control plan. We can also lead smaller root cause analyses using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) and other similar tools.
